Volleyball Camp is a powerful dose of knowledge that we serve you over the course of a week. We try to do it in such a formula that you can work on your own skills for the remaining 51 weeks of the year, and preferably even longer. This is why your notes are so important. During the camp you are given an accelerated course in volleyball skills, which you will have to work on yourself after the camp.

Knowledge to take away!

During the camp you learn the details of volleyball plays, but also stretching, rolling, yoga, recovery, healthy eating, motivation or competitive ethics. Some of this information you'll remember, a lot of it you'll incorporate into your repertoire during the camp, but most of it you'll have to come back to long after you've returned home so that it becomes permanently ingrained in your volleyball habits.

This is where Ania Szczepkowska, Visual Coach, comes to the rescue with her passion, who will introduce you to the secrets of sketchnoting in a few simple manoeuvres. Your notebooks will become colourful masterpieces that you will be eager to reach for. A technique based on the use of colours, drawings, slogans and logos will allow you to create a veritable map of associations, so that at a glance you can recall details from your training sessions and workshops.

We take notes live, during workout, classes or meetings. Right at the start of the camp we provide you with notepads and pens that you do not part with throughout the Volleyball Camp. During training, we take breaks for drinking, but also for taking notes. The coaches use large whiteboards on which they write down the most important information. It is the same at all workshops and meetings. The notes are yours and are meant to serve you, so you make them your own. The most important thing is that everyone can find the information they need in their notebook.
